SCDI is becoming a catalyst for community development initiatives for vulnerable groups in Viet Nam. SCDI is the spiritual child of a group of health-social workers seeking to deal with the problems that disadvantaged groups face through working with community groups. The ability to work with government agencies has been demonstrated through ongoing projects involving stakeholders and beneficiaries.
