The project supports activists in the community to assess their participation in the process of universal access and data analysis on the epidemic as well as the needs of key population and prevention aspects, identify gaps and achievements, advocate for universalized access that can reflect the real situation of the epidemic, monitor and document the process.

The project is expected to be implemented in Hanoi, Quang Ninh, Hai Phong, Vinh Phuc, Hai Duong, Thai Nguyen, Hoa Binh, Ninh Binh, Thai Binh, Bac Ninh, Da Nang, Thua Thien Hue, Quang Nam, Khanh Hoa, Ho Chi Minh city, Binh Duong, Dong Nai, Long An, Tien Giang, An Giang, Can Tho, Soc Trang and Lam Dong.
