SCDI continues to implement TB screening activities in the community and support patients to participate in treatment
SCDI continues to screen people with suspected TB symptoms, people in contact with TB patients, people with pulmonary TB who have finished treatment, and people with high risk factors using the 2X technique (X-ray and X-pert).
During two months of screening activities for more than 31,000 people in Dak Lak, Gia Lai, Binh Phuoc, Hai Duong, Nghe An, Thai Binh and transferred from the CSET network throughout the year, nearly 400 people with active TB and 510 people with latent TB were detected.

Artwork exhibition on adverse childhood experiences conducted by VACEP3
At VinUniversity, students participating in the VACEP 2023 project shared their artistic creations at an exhibition showcasing adverse childhood experiences. Overcoming language barriers and the initial unfamiliarity of working with the community, they gradually gathered information, interviewed subjects, generated ideas, and designed their works displayed at the exhibition.
These artworks depict the life of individuals, portraying the pain and the pivotal decisions and significant events that have shaped their lives.

Break the Cycle prepares for school enrollment
As the school year approaches, Break the Cycle prepares for children of the project to return to school. Not only connecting with each child's family, grasping difficulties, encouraging, finding solutions, the project also assistes school supplies, aiming to alleviate the burden on parents and ensure uninterrupted schooling for the children.
The Ho Chi Minh City team kicked off the new school year by distributing school supplies to 130 children. In addition, children can also choose toys, clothes and shoes that donors send.
