On June 23 and 25, 2026, SCDI worked with the project management unit of the VUSTA - Global Fund to Fight HIV/AIDS project and the Quang Ninh Center for Disease Control (Quang Ninh CDC) to hold a mid-year review meeting and working sessions with community-based organizations (CBOs) implementing project activities in the province.
This was an important opportunity for all parties to review the results achieved so far while agreeing on a shared direction for the next phase of cooperation. During the review meeting, SCDI shared the project's progress and key achievements from the first six months of 2026, while also discussing priorities and plans for the months to come with partners. Quang Ninh CDC also acknowledged the important contributions of CBOs to the local HIV response. Participants exchanged ideas on strengthening coordination to ensure the project's activities continue to be implemented effectively and that the progress achieved can be sustained.

SCDI would like to extend its sincere thanks to Quang Ninh CDC, the project management unit of the VUSTA - Global Fund Project to Fight HIV/AIDS, and our community partners for their continued collaboration. This partnership remains essential to sustaining community-led HIV responses and advancing the shared goal of ending HIV.
