On June 4th and 5th, SCDI members came together for the 2026 mid-year review meeting to reflect on progress made during the first six months of the year, share programme updates, and discuss priorities for the months ahead.

This year’s gathering came at a time of many critical changes across our operating context. It gave our teams space to exchange updates, reflect on what has been working, discuss emerging challenges, and think through how SCDI can continue to adapt while staying grounded in our mission and the communities we work with.

The meeting was not only about planning and discussion. It was also a chance for colleagues from different teams and offices to reconnect through a lively team-building activity filled with movement, laughter, teamwork, and many memorable moments.

The activity was an important space for us to reconnect and strengthen coordination across teams, as we move forward with resilience, flexibility, and shared commitment to the communities we serve.
