From January 19 to 20, SCDI members gathered in Chiang Mai to celebrate a meaningful 16th milestone in SCDI’s journey. The gathering created a shared space for the collective to reflect on the journey of 2025, recognise what had been achieved, and review plans and directions for the road ahead.

This year’s gathering featured activities that created space for connection, sharing, and learning, opening up opportunities for members to engage with one another. Conversations went beyond work, touching on personal reflections, individual aspirations, and the paths each person is navigating in both life and their professional journeys.

As a gesture of appreciation for the steady and dedicated efforts of the team over the years, SCDI prepared a special gift named “Harmony.” More than a keepsake, the gift symbolised gratitude for the quiet yet enduring companionship of its members, while reflecting SCDI’s core values of community, empathy, and growing together.

16 years have been shaped by many people, diverse perspectives, and a wide range of experiences.
