SCDI welcomes students and lecturers from Republic Polytechnic (Singapore) for an exchange session in Hanoi

On September 23, SCDI welcomed more than 50 students and lecturers from Republic Polytechnic (Singapore) for an exchange session at our Hanoi office. The program included sharing from SCDI members, as well as representatives of the community organization IT’S T TIME and the Hanoi Association of People with Disabilities.

The session provided students with the opportunity to hear first-hand stories from organizations working directly with vulnerable populations. These stories offered clearer insights into the ongoing efforts to improve health and well-being in the community, as well as the tangible changes taking place.

At the same time, the perspectives shared by Republic Polytechnic students and lecturers about their experiences in Singapore brought fresh viewpoints for SCDI, helping to spark new ideas for diversifying and strengthening future program activities.

More than an exchange of knowledge, the session created a two-way learning space where experiences of working alongside vulnerable communities were shared openly. It concluded with meaningful reflections and positive energy, opening up new connections and inspiration for everyone involved.

SCDI extends sincere thanks to the guest speakers, community organizations, and the Republic Polytechnic students and lecturers for contributing to a program full of value and inspiration.
