Preparing for the Mid-Autumn Festival for Children in the Breaking the Cycle Program in Ho Chi Minh City
Preparing for the Mid-Autumn Festival for Children in the Breaking the Cycle Program in Ho Chi Minh City

The Mid-Autumn atmosphere has begun to fill SCDI’s Ho Chi Minh office as SCDI members and volunteers began their first preparations for children in the Breaking the Cycle program.

To bring a meaningful and fulfilling Mid-Autumn Festival to the children, the team called for support from donors and the community to complete the gift sets. Each contribution carried not only care and love but also encouragement for the children who are striving every day to learn and grow.

Together, SCDI members and volunteers collected and cleaned plastic bottles for the children to use in making recycled lanterns — an activity that fostered creativity and raised environmental awareness.

SCDI extends heartfelt thanks to the donors, volunteers, and everyone who joined hands to bring the children a warm and fulfilling Mid-Autumn celebration.
