Every year, as the new school year approaches, our members at the SCDI Ho Chi Minh City office always come together to prepare textbooks and school supplies for the children in the Breaking the Cycle project. This activity, carried out with the support of kindhearted donors, helps ensure that children are better equipped to begin their studies.

This year, 200 sets of supplies, including notebooks, pens, labels, rulers, crayons, and book covers, were prepared for distribution. Alongside this, the textbook support was also implemented to make sure children have all the materials required for their official school curriculum.

Though simple, these gifts bring real value: easing the financial burden on parents while bringing joy and confidence to children as they go to school. With this support, they can start the new school year with greater confidence and without feeling left behind among peers and teachers.

We believe that this is a small yet meaningful step in accompanying children, helping them stay connected to their education and nurturing their dreams.
