Members of the Community System to End TB (CSET) across our project sites have been working tirelessly to bring TB awareness closer to local communities through creative and deeply relatable approaches.
By organizing simple, grassroots communication sessions right at local residential areas and community centers, CSET ensures that vital information is easily accessible to everyone. From recognizing early symptoms and understanding transmission routes to prevention and treatment options, complex medical facts are broken down into easy-to-understand, memorable, and culturally relevant insights.

In Dak Lak province, where cultural and linguistic differences are prominent, CSET members flexibly adapt their approach. For ethnic minority communities who don't speak Vietnamese as their primary language, sessions are conducted in their local dialects. Hard-to-grasp concepts are transformed into familiar, real-life examples, making the information highly practical.

These community-driven efforts are doing more than just spreading knowledge: they are breaking down stigma, easing anxieties, and empowering individuals to proactively protect their health, their families, and their communities.
