During the first weeks of April, despite the hot weather, members of the Community Network to End Tuberculosis (CSET) in Nghe An continued their work alongside people affected by tuberculosis. By conducting home visits, CSET members offered encouragement to help TB patients stay committed to their treatment. Alongside emotional support, CSET members also connected people with nutritional and financial assistance, helping ease some of the challenges they faced during treatment.

Community education sessions on tuberculosis were also held regularly, helping raise awareness and promote a better understanding of the disease. These activities encouraged people to take a more active role in caring for their health while fostering empathy and reducing stigma towards people affected by tuberculosis.
Through these ongoing efforts, CSET members are contributing to the early detection of tuberculosis, connecting people with timely care, reducing the risk of transmission within communities, and improving treatment outcomes.
With their deep understanding of local needs and strong ties to the communities they serve, CSET members play a vital role in making health services more accessible, effective, and sustainable. Their work brings Vietnam one step closer to ending tuberculosis.
